Need the money put back in my bank account. For something l didn't order.

There was no return shipping label in the bag. So had to pay 10. Dollars of my own money to ship something back to your warehouse, that l never even ordered.

I may not always get my orders on time but they have good value and actually feed hungry children in India and US. I wish more stores gave back like that. I have trouble online sometimes but I have gotten some very nice jewelry and enjoy $10 day.

Order a watch. But was sent an extra watch, which was way out of my price range.

The money was taken out of my account. And put me in a financial bind.

Had to pay out of my own pocket to have it sent back to your warehouse. And still waiting for the money to be put back in my account.

I have placed an order with Shop LC on July 10, 2025, for lab-grown diamond earrings, and these people stole my amount and have not sent the earrings, making excuses since that day till today. When I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the amount, they are saying nope, they will not do that.

I do not know how to get my amount back. This store's Vice President is an Indian guy, and this is really sickening to my tummy how an Indian guy is conning customers like this. Moreover, all the time I've tried to call customer service, I am speaking to Indian guys. I want to let customers know, please be aware and stay away from this company.

There are many other retailers who are safe to deal with, and they don't con people as such. I tried to post a review on BBB, but it's not working.

I ordered an item (1st time) from Shop LC. on 8-26-25 on flex pay.

On 8-29-25 an email was sent to me saying the order was canceled. No explanation given. The first installment was paid on my credit card. After calling the company they initially couldnt tell me why a team member canceled after trying to call me twice.

It became very suspicious since I had not been advised in advance to expect a call from a company representative. The phone number was an unknown number. You could barely hear the person and there was background sounds like a spam call, so I didnt accept the call. This was not handled well, They had my email address and could have called me before canceling the order.

I thought this was a phishing scam!

Therefore, I left the order canceled and will not do business with them again.

If they wanted to verify and confirm anything on the order they could have prior to canceling. The credit refund will take 10 days, so they are using my money for 14 days!

I purchased a fairly expensive item from their website on 10/28/24. Today, 12/18/24, I still have not received the item despite the fact that I have now called them no fewer than 6 times concerning this issue.

This ring was to be a Christmas gift, but I now know that ShopLC will not deliver the ring by Christmas. I've seen the delivery date change so many times now. Today, upon logging into my account on their website, the delivery date changed again to 12/24/24. I called them again today since calling a few days ago and being told someone would be contacting me within 24 hours concerning the ring, and no one called me.

This is the same thing they told me the last 3 times I've called, and yet, no one ever calls. Upon calling today, I was put on hold for 17 minutes and when the representative came back, he told me the same thing I have been told now at least the past 3 calls, that someone will be calling me within the next 24 hours concerning the issues with the delivery of the ring I purchased. Do not ever buy from this company. They are the worst in the industry.

I used to shop only at JTV and I'm going back. JTV would never have let this happen. They are the best when it comes to customer service. ShopLC is clearly the worst.

And, I speak from experience. I've been shopping at ShopLC for about 2 or more years and have spent thousands of dollars with their company. They were okay in the beginning, but recently in the past year, something has changed. Longer wait times for deliveries, poor customer service on calls related to issues with orders, and now this.

As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with them, you would think they would try harder to quickly address and resolve any issue that might arise. Actually, any truly good or great company that values their customers would do this with all their customers. Nonetheless, I'm now done with shopping with this company.

I'm going back to JTV where I know from past experience that they understand what true good customer service is. Goodbye, ShopLC.

Shop LC cancelled my order when I was expecting it for a trip

Shot LC emailed me a week after they charged my credit card and said my order was processed. Then today I received an email that it was cancelled.

When I inquired about why they said it was because I didn't give a phone number (which I did) and so they had to cancel. When I asked them to process my order they said they couldn't because it was out of stock.

It was a complete scam and I warn people not to use this company. I have now done more research and it happens to people all of the time.

Not much has changed...

Follow up to previous review 2 years ago. Once again, it's going to be truthful and brutal because my time is valuable and I collect and resell, so I should be heard and happy to elaborate anytime...

I am following up about some of the hosts, old & new as well as areas to improve.

The rest of our feedback went to Vineet.

First, there are hosts that have been there since the beginning but don't add to the show.

For instance, Jessica gets the premium shows with Tony but she's out of her league. She doesn't possess the gemstone knowledge needed for these Rare Gem Stone shows. Michelle was by far the best. She and Tony always led the day in sales and customer interaction.

I miss her personality and her knowledge. They just clicked! She's gone now and it's ShopLC's loss. Too bad Ankur plays favorites...

Jessica & Marva are awful with him.

Heather is coming along well but she gets one night... She needs more nights with Tony to build confidence. Stronger and more personable than these ladies.

Chuck has a snake oil salesman persona and is NOT a good addition to the hosting team. He's such a phony and is a know-it-all, just like his son, Blake.

I can't watch him and Kim together anymore, or now LoLo, just too annoying. I'm sure her folksy, grandma shtick is relatable but her knowledge is lacking.

I like Kim on her own, even with Tony, but she likes mornings. Once again by Ankur playing favorites, he is scheduling those that are sucking up to him with the best schedules, regardless of the best talent for the specific show. Glaring problem!

Now for Cheryl.

I followed her for years from JTV, Gems TV back to JTV and now with Shop LC. I learned a great deal about Tanzanite through her time at JTV, but over the years, her ego has gotten out-of-control!

She admits she's a camera hog and it shows! Poor Katie might as well try on the product from home as much as she's allowed to talk and participate. Plus Cheryl's constant demands to "come and talk with me for a second" or "give me the camera" are beyond irritating.

She can really "sell" a gemstone but unfortunately she repeats herself that this buy will never come along again, ever, but it always does.

I have been burned by buying at "rock bottom pricing" or "we'll never have this again" only to find it on sale again and again and available at the next smack down!

As for her appearance, she is strictly there for her GIA experience as she isn't really a well grounded host. I can only watch now with the sound off! Real collectors pick up the high-end goods on Tony's shows at first airing, so who exactly are her collectors, I don't know??? We understand she's not there as the "show me" host, but a manicure and proper dressing for TV wouldn't be a bad call from Management.

Those big, boxy jackets make her look butch. Sorry but we all think so...

Craig Rooke is completely wasted on early mornings with the Style or Home shows with a smattering of jewelry thrown in every once in a while. He is a strong, affable host on GemsTV, JTV and on ShopLC should be given the plum assignments like Katie during the days. Those two together, always must see TV!

Katie since she switched to AM shows just phones in her segments, too bad because she really had it all.

I can stand Shawn but not during primetime. Like his and Dan's shows when someone is gone during Tony's absences and Steve isn't available, doesn't work. They work best for lower end shows like Friday's.

Dion comes off as goofy and fake when modeling the purses, clothing and the stuff I could care less about. She's fine with Accessories but as I stated previously, don't care for nominees let shows.

I wish Shop LC would stick to jewelry and related accessories.

Marva turns people off with her arrogance. Her comments to try to add commentary tick Tony off because they are wrong! Steve & Matt put up with her but you can tell it's a struggle.

Deanna is annoying beyond all get out! Always the poor me comments in every show.

Her car, her son, her woe is me cries about her inability to buy ShopLC items, enough already! Poor Steve, he gets along and puts in his time but he'd love to work with more experience. Very likable but never gets a strong co-host who can talk gemstones in depth.

Matt is a big addition for you and I know you paid a lot for him to move, come on board and gave him a cushy schedule. Your choice of course and he does well but at times, car salesman vibes.

Gush but not so much that it is unbelievable. Understand?

As for Karen & Steve (Australia), don't care for the remote shows. Neither does the audience.

If Karen wants to host, be in the studio. Steve, he's just there for what?

I have never understood why ShopLC has to have 2 hosts??? It strikes us like there is a caste system going on. A male must always be present to give the pricing while the woman models the items. This is a waste of talent.

You could be using strong single hosts on certain shows and thereby leaving you with talent to host another show that needs strength.

Newer hosts like Angie, love her! Too bad she has a M-F job... Like her with Steve, Tony & Matt.

As for the Social media cross over hosts, love Lauren, Courtney is OK and Chris is fine but a little condescending at times.

Last but not least, this Dan Dennis guy, he's a monotone drag. A knowledgable man for certain but a good host should bring energy and joy to the show, he does not.

I know he is beloved, friends with the Chairman and others @ShopLC but don't care for his shows. Sometimes he's mean to the co-hosts too...

Hunter, what can you say about this crazy man! He's personable, gets the job done on Terahertz but it is really become a side-show!!! I love the bracelets, they work but tone it down a bit!

He is one of the example of where you are wasting talent on TLV's that are home goods. Toilet plungers one day, right now Steve is showing ladies scarves and Craig ends up with mattress and towels in the am. Think about the program content, why???

In my last review, with 24 hour Smack downs, much of the inventory was pulled off the website so it cannot be purchased at a discount/clearance price or with a % off code. Even if it was not being presented, it was unavailable or not discounted.

I say leave it and give the 20-30% discount like you used to daily. ** They have since stop raising the price of snack down items before the airing time. Thank you! Now stop discounting prices the next week!

You do not state how many days you have to submit for a refund of the difference. I know in California, is a price is lower within 10 days of the purchase date, if you call/email in, you are entitled to a refund for the difference. I have been told by C.S. that your policy is 48 hours.

But I still didn't get the refund. This is a legal issue, should be posted.

As for merchandise, you have a large, untapped array of gemstones you don't bring to the table. Your don't feature jewelry using Topaz's, Mystic Quartz varieties, Flourite, any Chalcedony, Loose Diamonds, Cabochons, etc. So much more out there.

And for YEARS, we have been requesting semi-mounts, findings, etc.

Tony sells loose gemstones but you offer nothing in which to mount them in. When we ask for them, we are told that you can find them online. Well, isn't ShopLC all about saving money, avoiding the middlemen and their markups only to send us out into the big bad world of retail to get something you ALREADY MANUFACTURE? Pick the top 3 ring semi-mounts, some pendant & earring castings, and assorted findings to create our own jewelry from stones you sell us.

Wish you had a Jewel School like JTV, so popular & profitable and you could wipe the board with them by offering DIY Jewelry classes.

You just now started really supplying gold chains in surplus but where are gold rings and bangles, that are all the rage and in demand? Still asking 2 years later... Bangles are the hottest bracelets on the planet and you have one with awful ratings. One gold band too.

Checkout system needs overhaul.

Double or triple listings on inventory (various sizes) just makes more inventory to search through. Clean up!

Lastly, ShopLC, shop low cost, makes you sound cheap, F.Y.I.

Wouldn't suggest hosts tout that too much.

This is probably all for naught but you can't complain about something if you are not willing to be part of the solution, instead of part if the problem. Thank you for reading and I hope Shop LC reads our reviews and does some much needed reflecting.

Most live inventory goes on sake following week. If you want something ask, if you don't like something, write. They cannot change what they don't know about....

Problem returning/refund of defective product

I purchased a blazer as a Christmas present. On arrival, a 'L' turned out to be 'XS'.

I contacted customer service to advise and ask for a replacement. They didn't have any inventory and only offered a refund. I sent the item back (never worn and just as received) and just received notice of my refund. When I checked, there was a mysterious deduction of about half the purchase price.

I initially thought they were just incompetent, now I think they are cheats and dishonest. One very disappointed customer.

Worst CS in the industry ever

A few months back I ordered a ring from ShopLC for around $1600 and they offered a warranty for it. A few days later I received a piece of paper in a Fedex envelope but not the ring.

I kept checking on the ring every day through the website and the delivery date changed constantly. I contacted CS and was assured that the ring will be mailed out instantly. However when I checked again, I noticed that the ring was cancelled, and a refund has been issued, however not for the warranty. So I called again and was assured if I send the piece of paper back a refund would be issued.

I send it back, they received it but no refund.

I finally after 2 month sent an email to CS demanding my refund or I will call my bank and dispute the chargefinally a refund was issued.

So now a few month later I found an Iliana AAA Tanzanite ring for a great price on their website, got an email that my purchase is confirmed and a week later the item wasnt even invoiced, which means per my previous experiences shopping with them since 2007, it will be cancelled as it is not available. So I decided to not shop with them anymore

Auction is a joke

Every time you try to buy something on the auction, you're outbid by people who are dealers. These dealers buy numerous quantities of the same pieces of jewelry and lots of different jewelry items.

They bid the jewelry up high, many times more than the shop usually sells them for. So, why would you pay more? What a scam.

I have emailed their customer service with examples many times, but they don't do anything and keep allowing this to happen. Don't shop there.

They took my money

I returned an item because it was cheap gold. They took my money and said it was not their jewelry.

Later on, a lady called and said it was the vendor they used. This is the worst company ever.

Vermeil is not vermeil

Do not trust the vermeil over silver, it is NOT vermeil. It is only a flash, not doble industry standards, I doubt if it is one micron thick, it wear through in a month or so, and I am very easy on my items.

BEWARE. I will be from now on.

User's recommendation: Do not believe thier statements that thier vermeil is 5 micros, I doubt if it 1 micron, I have ordered 2 ring, touted as TWICE the industrial standards, not true, the first overlay were off in 8 weeks, recently, a so called 2000 dollar retail is Wearing off in 3 weeks, and I am easy on my jewelry. I kept both, I like the look, but they are NOT telling the truth about thier fabulous think overlay, if so, the finished should last a lifetime, they tout this on TV over and over. NOT a true statement, more like a flashing. Test thier so called vermeil supposed to be 2 times the industrial, with any jeweler, it is lies. Plain and simple.

Upset with delayed delivery.

On the 13th of September I order an embossed turkey platter. Without delivery dates available on email confirmation, I call to get a date of delivery.

Apparently this is on back order, and they requested more time to deliver the platter. With this in mind, I am going out to Walmart and if I find a platter there, I will call for a refund.
