Shop LC - I as of now will never buy a piece of of their junk again
I got a bracelet last week that broke and only wore 2 times. I just pulled out a pair of earrings and the stone fell to the ground.
I called and they will only let me speek to the customer service tech. Either they dont want to let me talk to a supervisor or they just dont care about their customers. I have SEVERAL women friends i have turned on to this channel. Some of them are even located where they dont get the channel and i call them to buy jewelry that they trust my word will be what they want.
Im doing SHOP LC a favor and doing their jobs for them at the expense of my reputation of THEIR product . Then several of their pieces have either broke or come with out stones. So we have to pay to send it back after already paying to get it expecting its a good company that isnt lying about the product or portraying it as better than what it is. To me this company has no morals to do this to hard working people and could honestly give a *** how it feels to their customers.
I have shopped on all the other channels and never been treated with little to no respect as i feel i was today. I will return the earings but i am done buying or helping them sell their profucts sight un seen to my friends. Which makes me look foolish when they recieve garbage I will be on the phone talking to all my friends which together as a whole have spent way to much money to this uncaring company. But I figure that we are all just a number and they simply dont care.
They will just keep doing it to the other poor fools that will feed into their lies too. This poor sucker is done. They will never see another dime from me or many of my friends. I realize compared to what they make on a daily basis loosing me and my small band of fools means nothing.
But Karma is a *** and when you cant stand behind your company and product eventually it will grow and grow and some day you may no longer have a fan base to sell to. What a joke and i have been the fool!!!

Yeepers tens of thousands of dollars over 6yrs & my ars is done with them!!! Iโve gotten to the point where Iโm buying spare rings Incase other breaks!?!?
And can hardly get a good spare and it doesnโt matter 10-80$ same *** settings!?!? And they canโt hold a replacement for long time customers Oh Heck no!!!! In the past Iโd gotten a replacement. Sent out w/ out even having to send the bad on back!!!!!!
